Expert Review: TITAN Dual-Function Deadlift and Shrug Machine, Code T918
The deadlift is the king of bodybuilding movements for increasing overall body strength, but performing it with a barbell requires very precise technique, and the risk of lumbar disc injury always exists. The Titan Dual Deadlift Machine Model T918 is an engineered solution to this challenge. This machine controls the movement path, allowing you to focus entirely on lifting the weight and contracting the muscle without worrying about balance.
Independent Arm System (Iso-Lateral) As clearly shown in the image, this machine features two separate orange arms. This means each hand must lift its own load. This feature is exceptional for Shrugs, as it allows you to train the left and right trapezius muscles with equal intensity and correct aesthetic imbalances. Furthermore, in the deadlift movement, this independence prevents unwanted pelvic rotation.
Double Grip Design The name “Double Deadlift” also refers to the two pairs of handles on each arm.
-
Lower handles: Used for performing deep deadlifts and further stretching the muscles of the back of the legs and buttocks.
-
Overhead handles: These are great for performing half-rack deadlifts (Rack Pulls) or standing shrugs. This variety allows both tall and short people to find their ideal position.
Versatility: In addition to deadlifts and shrugs, this machine can be used to perform other movements such as Stationary Lunges, Bulgarian Squats (with handles), and even Farmers Walks (weight-bearing strength training). The open space in the middle of the machine gives the athlete’s legs complete freedom of movement.
Structure and Durability The machine’s chassis is constructed from high-strength steel profiles and features a very low center of gravity, which guarantees its stability. The handles are coated with hard chrome or stainless steel to resist wear caused by hand sweat and friction. The base of the machine is equipped with rubber shock absorbers to prevent damage to the gym flooring.
